The second annual SPLAF!—The Scappoose Public Library Authors Festival—is happening on Saturday, October 10, 2026, from 10 am until 3 pm at the Scappoose Public Library’s meeting room.
All day, local authors will read from their works, talk about their writing lives, and sell (and sign) their books for attendees.
