The second annual SPLAF!—The Scappoose Public Library Authors Festival—is happening on Saturday, October 10, 2026, from 10 am until 3 pm at the Scappoose Public Library’s meeting room.
The festival will feature “A Writer’s Dozen” with thirteen local authors in a variety of genres. There will be three sets of author readings held on the second floor:
